Welcome to Warwickshire Children's Trust home page. Our vision is that every child and young person, including those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged, has the greatest possible opportunity to be the best they can be.

Warwickshire Children's Trust Executive Board members meet regularly - meeting agendas and minutes are available here.

Central to the partnership is the Joint Commissioning Board, which brings together representatives from across organisations who have specific responsibilities relating to commissioning. This group is responsible for identifying the commissioning priorities for the partnership, developing commissioning strategies for approval by the Children's Trust Executive Board and for implementing a common commissioning process across organisations. Click for the framework, self-assessment and self-analysis documents.

Due to a change of government mid 2010 several of the initiatives detailed below are in the process of being changed. However some of the content is still relevant to us at the moment and will be reviewed as a part of the transformation of the CYPP.

Warwickshire CYPP

Warwickshire's Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) sets out our plans for achieving the vision that every child and young person, including those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged, has the greatest possible opportunity to be the best they can be. It is informed by needs analysis and consultation with children, young people, families, and partners of the Children's Trust. It is our overarching plan for all children's services.

The plan is set out under the five Every Child Matters outcomes, plus a sixth outcome of service improvement. Under these, we have 27 programmes of work, with associated projects and tasks. Please visit our CYPP home page to download our latest annual plan, or to explore the live online plan in more detail.
